Looking For Lunch

Long-billed Curlew along the central coast of California.

Uh-oh. Photographer.

Maybe he'll leave if I ignore him.

I'll try this direction.

Good grief. He's still there.

Buzz off buddy, you're bothering me.

Drat. I missed that one all because of that goof ball with the camera.

  8. this is one amazing, unique bird. completely unfamiliar with this creature. what exotic birds you have in California. I think he's cute. and I do love that bill. I need to go look him up and see what he eats. It couldn't be fish with a bill like that. you teach me something every day.
