Mushroom Powerlift

This is about the biggest mushroom I've come across so far in my wanderings.
I like how the dirt, two leaves and a piece of a branch it pushed up still rests on top.

With my glove for size comparison.

  1. That is a big one! Putting your glove beside it helps with the perspective, but then, I am sure you knew that...I love finding mushrooms when I am out on my wanderings...very nice photo!

  2. We had some Humongous mushrooms that grew out the side and around a tree. Largest ones I have ever seen.

  3. That is some serious growth there. As a comparison that either is a really large Fungi or you have exceptionally small hands.
    Have a good week john
P.S I do like your photo

  10. That's a pretty good size toadstool/mushroom/fungus. That is pretty amazing to have all the stuff stored on top.
