The test of an adventure is that when you are in the middle of it, you say to yourself, "Oh, now I've got myself into an awful mess; I wish I were sitting quietly at home." And the sign that something is wrong with you is when you sit quietly at home wishing you were out having lots of adventure. -Thornton Wilder

The nice thing about being confused is you get a chance to notice things a lot better than if you knew where you were going.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

Being Free

I like this place

 for I can come

and I can go

as I please.

Then I can come back too

and just sit.

  1. Sinbad looks his old self. Perhaps he likes a more interesting surrounding in the eyes of a cat.( Moving things with the size of a mouse or bird perhaps).

  8. Oh what a beauty!
I've always thought that even though cats (and other animals) might be resistant to our instruction, they can teach us human beings a great deal.

  10. Great set of shots - the best times to walk away is when you can come back and sit!

I think there are some services in my pictures I still need to use (on occasions!)

  13. I so love Sinbad. He reminds me of Rudyard Kipling's cat who walks by himself.
