The test of an adventure is that when you are in the middle of it, you say to yourself, "Oh, now I've got myself into an awful mess; I wish I were sitting quietly at home." And the sign that something is wrong with you is when you sit quietly at home wishing you were out having lots of adventure. -Thornton Wilder

The nice thing about being confused is you get a chance to notice things a lot better than if you knew where you were going.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

"I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order." - John Burroughs

Here is another little delight that popped up last week.

  1. A nice little one. Like the yellow color. Its a nice text you got here. Only I can't help but think its very nice but just thought that before a tiger jumps out the bush before you.

  2. Many times, your posts make me miss my days in the Missouri woods.

  3. looks like a lemon rind on a stick. :)

  4. They can pop up quite quickly can't they?

  5. It's an interesting little mushroom!

  6. You and Bud and your mushrooms. He finds them like I find bugs around this old farmhouse and love taking photos of them. They really are interesting and very pretty. So many variations.
