Repaired and Back in Business

Correct fluid line arrived

being installed

along with new belt.

Cut in original line which caused loss of transmission fluid.

We were rolling along before noon.  Everything seems to be fine.
Good thing I cleaned the windshield yesterday.

  1. yay for back in the traveling business!

  2. Captain Sinbad is on the road!

  3. Stay Safe- ENJOY!

  4. good to read 'repaired' and back in action, on the road, more adventures ahead. Hopefully this was the worst highlight to blog about John.

  5. You can enjoy the rest of your trip, having been checked out.

You might want to steer clear of Minniesnowda for the trip in, we are having 20-25 below zero windchills this night and tomorrow. It may be better by the time you are wending your way home.

  6. Just think - if we have been able to co-ordinate our trips better I could have helped out!

Nice story really - things happen!

    Cheers - Stewart M - Melbourne

  7. I'm not sure which is worse - a broken vehicle or 6" more snow last night! Both bumps in the road to summer I guess.

  8. Wow, what an experience. Bet you and Sinbad thought you would never get out of there. Years ago I had a friend with a somewhat similar problem who got "stuck" for a week in Yosemite. Have a safe journey.

  9. Yea! You are back on your way...and you did not lose your transmission. So glad everything turned out OK in the end.
