The test of an adventure is that when you are in the middle of it, you say to yourself, "Oh, now I've got myself into an awful mess; I wish I were sitting quietly at home." And the sign that something is wrong with you is when you sit quietly at home wishing you were out having lots of adventure. -Thornton Wilder

The nice thing about being confused is you get a chance to notice things a lot better than if you knew where you were going.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

  5. Feet in the water, where is Sinbad? Did he get to see the waters edge, or no interest. Well, I can see your feet are happy.

  6. Looks like fun, John. People want to see Sinbad but bet if you tried to put him in the water, he would try to thumb his way back home!

  7. Makes me think of the Zac Brown song... "Got my toes in the water, ass in the sand, not a worry in the world..." Great photo.

  9. Regarding the feet in the water, is it reflection of you legs somehow? Your legs seem to be folding over. Not meaning this in a bad way. It appears if you look closer. I bet you loved that water.
