The test of an adventure is that when you are in the middle of it, you say to yourself, "Oh, now I've got myself into an awful mess; I wish I were sitting quietly at home." And the sign that something is wrong with you is when you sit quietly at home wishing you were out having lots of adventure. -Thornton Wilder

The nice thing about being confused is you get a chance to notice things a lot better than if you knew where you were going.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

Memorial Day Weekend

In the United States it is our Memorial Day Weekend in remembrance to all the men and women who died while serving in our armed forces.

I poop on your guns.

  1. Each country has its own days to remember all the victims of all those terrible never ending wars.
Will remembering ever help to stop the madness in the world?

  2. I agree with Bieb. Only when we don't remember anymore peace can be a reality.

  3. Something to ponder here, methinks. I wonder why it's so hard for us humans to forgive and forget. Maybe it's because greed trumps all, and so there will always be some who want to control others.

  4. i have a similar post for monday, sans dove, however. :)

  5. Have a great memorial day weekend.

Did Sinbad make your trip ok. Hope he had no problems.

  6. Saying better then we ever could!
