The test of an adventure is that when you are in the middle of it, you say to yourself, "Oh, now I've got myself into an awful mess; I wish I were sitting quietly at home." And the sign that something is wrong with you is when you sit quietly at home wishing you were out having lots of adventure. -Thornton Wilder

The nice thing about being confused is you get a chance to notice things a lot better than if you knew where you were going.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

Racing the Train

Having fun somewhere along Highway 30 (The Lincoln Highway) in Nebraska

That is the rear of the train. It isn't going backwards in case you were wondering.
We're both going 50mph (80 km/ph) in case you were wondering about that also.

Want more?

Have more fun and play both videos at the same time.

  2. Always tempting and funny. Its not funny anymore when you are a passenger in the train on your way to catch a plane and being past by bicycles because there is a malfunction in the signal system so the train moves only at a footpace. It happened us once.

  10. I have lived near a railroad track all my life!

Have you ever come across a site that has a map of all the active railroads? I would love to see one but bet there isn't...for safety's sake.
