The test of an adventure is that when you are in the middle of it, you say to yourself, "Oh, now I've got myself into an awful mess; I wish I were sitting quietly at home." And the sign that something is wrong with you is when you sit quietly at home wishing you were out having lots of adventure. -Thornton Wilder

The nice thing about being confused is you get a chance to notice things a lot better than if you knew where you were going.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

Misshapen and Pretty

This mushroom was a little bent out of shape or maybe it is suppose to be that way.
Sometimes it is due to the struggle in breaking through the surface
which may have been the case here.

Pretty color to this fungi.

  1. The mushrooms are so funny when looking closer, such beautiful colours with the second one.

  2. The first one reminds me on a bike saddle.

  3. I love the colors in the last one.

  4. I think fungi are under-appreciated! Nice photos.

  5. They certainly are interesting and colorful, and set off perfectly by the neutral leaf background.
