The test of an adventure is that when you are in the middle of it, you say to yourself, "Oh, now I've got myself into an awful mess; I wish I were sitting quietly at home." And the sign that something is wrong with you is when you sit quietly at home wishing you were out having lots of adventure. -Thornton Wilder

The nice thing about being confused is you get a chance to notice things a lot better than if you knew where you were going.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

  1. Could be you. A selfie from the back?

  2. I wondered if it were you, too. Whoever it is, this is a great shot.

  3. I do not know who this is but it has to be one of my favorite photos of yours. Just put a baseball cap on the head and add some bluejeans and a long-sleeved T-shirt and you would have ME on that bench. what a wonderful place to be...though I would need a back to the it for my back. I could lie down like I do to rest on so many of our hikes (Bud always photographs). This is one heavenly capture. g
