The test of an adventure is that when you are in the middle of it, you say to yourself, "Oh, now I've got myself into an awful mess; I wish I were sitting quietly at home." And the sign that something is wrong with you is when you sit quietly at home wishing you were out having lots of adventure. -Thornton Wilder

The nice thing about being confused is you get a chance to notice things a lot better than if you knew where you were going.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

Day 76

Making a home from a U-Haul truck.
The bed is behind the rocking chair.

  1. Good idea, I've seen similar here on a campsite

  2. I would think it could get very hot in there, though I admire the simple frugality.

  3. Must be dark at night without any windows.

  4. That must make you feel glad to have your little house!

  5. It seems like life in a container to me. I'd need a big screen door on back. Yet some folks are now burying containers and living under ground. Have you heard of this before? A new meaning to "tiny house". Even on tiny house living they manage a few windows, and door. Are you considering this? I guess one needs a piece of land. I know someone that wants to do this in their backyard in case of a disaster. Like a bomb shelter.
