The test of an adventure is that when you are in the middle of it, you say to yourself, "Oh, now I've got myself into an awful mess; I wish I were sitting quietly at home." And the sign that something is wrong with you is when you sit quietly at home wishing you were out having lots of adventure. -Thornton Wilder

The nice thing about being confused is you get a chance to notice things a lot better than if you knew where you were going.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

A Milestone

On the way home the Little House on the Highway turned over 100,000 miles.

The big event took place on Highway 58, 31 east of Mojave,Ca. in the middle of nowhere.

I am kind of overwhelmed being back and with all I have to do, or I should say want to do.
I just try to do a little bit at a time.  Now if I could only remember to take some pictures.

  1. It was a long trip, good luck with all you have to do.

  2. Congratulations to the Little House on the Highway, and to you too.

  3. Whadda ya mean "middle of nowhere"???? That's our stompin' ground!
