This Should be Interesting

It is supposed to cool back down after Wednesday.  You are probably wondering why we don't leave.  Well I know what we have here and we're safe.  I don't know what it is like out there in the world.  There are many more places (parks, campgrounds, etc.) closed than there are open.  We leave here and then find ourselves without a place to stay.  Then what?  I'm reading full time travelers such as we are are having a very difficult time all across the country.  I just don't know what to do.

I don't follow the news about the coronavirus.  Too much misinformation and scare news.  But I did see a headline yesterday saying they expect all of this to reoccur once again next winter!
Good grief!  Seriously?

One cool cat.

  1. The only "truth" I can give you is that "nobody knows". I'd advise you to tune in from time to time to the most reliable news source that you can find and stay off of all social media which seems to be awash with nonsense. And don't listen to anything for a couple of hours before bed otherwise you'll find yourself worrying about it. I'm reading your Sinbad book in the evenings! Take care.

    1. Thank you John. Glad to know the book link works and is readable. I just don't trust myself with computer stuff. Still can't believe I pulled it off, not so much the writing of it but actually making it into an eBook. Already working on Book Four for the year 2020. That's the fun part.

  2. Probably best to stay in a safe place right now.

  3. That heat sounds pretty rough. It's probably too early to head up to Wyoming though. Hopefully you can find a cooler change of scenery soon, someplace where the covid threat is low and the townsfolk will be welcoming to the extent you need to interact with them. Yep, the 1918 flu came back the following fall and winter and was even more deadly, so at least we have that to look forward to....

    1. Well thanks for that little tidbit of information. For sure I'll be better prepared beforehand next season. I just don't know how the country can survive the economic repercussions of going through this again.
