6:20 am Saturday morning.
Only one house of all those along the golf course visible from the 13th green had lights on inside.
While standing there on the green, shivering, waiting for something new to develop with the lunar eclipse, I swung the camera around and clicked off a shot.
Aren't you happy you don't live near me?
Later while preparing yesterday's eclipse photos, this proved to me I did have the lens in focus.

Hahaha, it would be cool to have a photography partner.
Nice shot John! ;-)
LOL! if you lived near me, i do know i'd have to wear more clothing! ha!
As opposed to 6:20 pm Saturday morning??? ;^) Okay, I'm a bit anal so I hope you can have fun with it too. I know it's not my house, not only because we don't live by the golf course, but also because we don't have a Christmas tree up this year. (But as of now we do finally have some decorations) Hope your day and new week are wonderful.
I hope they were up. Only because Christmas lights burning all night is an invitation for a fire. Oops, did I just put a damper on the holidays?
A great image John... you would make a good private eye..
oh my word. this is precisely the sort of photo I LOVE! Since I was a little girl I've love looking into people's houses at night. I suspect it's because it was so different for me, growing up without neighbors and streets - it was something I didn't have. so whenever I got into a town, I looked and enjoyed it. Only from the street mind you! this photo is very artistic and moody. the lighted tree just makes it perfect. great shot John. it's a five thumbs up. (and an evening in the 30's here is considered very very mild!) have a great evening.
Nice color.
LOL! You're the reason why my hubby should put more clothes on when getting coffee in the morning!
This is a very cool shot! I bet your neighbours have no idea you were out with your camera. :)
