Abandoned Home

Near the Sunflower River between Ruleville and Cleveland Mississippi

Only this chair remained waiting for its owner to return someday.

Always wondering . Who lived there an what where they doing in such remote post. Also the fact that such a humble housing still had a roof for a car. Fascinating.

Strange that the chair looks so much better than the house.

The decline of these buildings tells an interesting story - but the people who could tell it have gone.

It looks always a bit sad, it must have been a pretty house to live in. The left chair is weird, it is in a far better state as the house indeed.

The chair looks in great condition and somewhat out of place in that house

One of the things that grab my attention is the garage. Someone tried some fixing and got the angle all wrong on the right side, and left it that way. Maybe that was the straw that broke the dweller's back.

Always wonder who lived there and what made them just up and leave.
