Burning Bones

Lucas, Kansas
(Yeah I know, were back in Lucas again but the little town was chuck-full of blog material)

Those are all toy dinosaurs on the roof with a trunk and tanker fuel truck in the middle.
Pipelines run down on each side with small oil derricks in the middle of the engine hood.
At the tail of the truck it reads: Combating Genericana.
Your guess is as good as mine.

The people in Lucas had infected each other with the virus of showing off in a pleasant way like little kids who has the greatest and so on. It has to be documented for the future and you are really on your way with it. I appreciate this very much.

well, although i like having gas for my vehicles, i'm not a fan of pipelines (personal experience w/ corporate greed and all).

looked up genericana on the web and came up with this: GENERICANA:

The homoginazation of the American culture through the creation of a non-questioning people, promoted and perpetuated through media influences, consumer culture, and an organized system of perceived standards of 'living'. Aka, Wal-Mart and Martha, SUVs and Ipods, minimalls and white sales.
