brrr. i'm already tired of freezing rain and ice. power is back (for now) but has gone out 3 or 4 times already today - our first day of winter. *sigh*
Reminds me of a bad ice storm I experienced in Missouri, back in 1994.
Frozen or not, the formation is very pretty.

Looks cold but - don't get mad at me for saying this - I do prefer cold winter to hot summer. ;) Good thing I live in Canada, eh?
