Sinbad was acting odd and I wasn't feeling like driving on to the deserts further south all that much. Should we continue on or head for home? With this decision to be made on mind my that morning, I just kind of went through the motions of touring the museum. Inside the lighting was not all that great for picture taking as you can tell from this photo of the Hopalong Cassidy bicycle - blurry.
One of these sold at a Bonhams auction for $4750
I think this stagecoach was in a John Wayne movie.
I stood here for quite awhile imagining Humphrey Bogart sitting behind the wheel.
I left the museum and returned to Sinbad asleep in the Little House on the Highway.
We decided to just head for home taking our time in doing so.
As it turned out that was a good decision.

Great memories of the past. Would love to see that exhibition one time.
How much fun was that museum!? Drive safely and arrive all in one piece. Merry Christmas to you and Sinbad.
That is a wonderful car, I can see Bogie sitting behind the wheel with his sigaret....
Glad you made it home in time for Sinbad. Have a nice Christmas together.

Fantastic! The stage coach reminds me of two that were in the carport of a house we rented in Rennick Missouri while we were waiting for our house to get done being built.
Hope Sinbad feels better!
yup, your instincts paid off. my sis would have liked it if you would have stolen that john wayne cut-out for her. (my feed store has one and she really wanted it!)
A Hopalong Cassidy bike?
What happened to Topper?
I'm glad he's feeling better. Merry Christmas!
Probably feels good to get back home, just in time for the holidays! Have a Merry Christmas and hoping Sinbad is back to normal.
I remember seeing a bicycle with saddlebags in a store when I was a kid. Don't remember if it said Hopalong Cassidy or not.
I hope Sinbad is okay
Merry Christmas!
Lea
