Mushrooms 3

This mushroom looks like something familiar but all I can think of is fish gills.

This one for sure looks like a delectable pastry for sure.  Don't you just want to bite into it?

Another like I showed in the first of this series.  Here we have a little pond of water setting on top.

Delicious looking but is it deadly?

Toasted to perfection like a marshmallow.

So much difference while the total is the same . Only in nature.

I go for the pastry with sugar or the fourth one, looks a bit like the surface of a tiramisu dessert. You must go hungry there in the woods....

The top one reminds me of a "donut" (well, they are in the same case with the donuts) that my husband likes. They are light and airy.

They all look delicious. I'll admire them from afar.

They all are very interesting. But I don't care much for the taste of mushrooms, and I would for sure pick a poisonous one.

i thought of one of those paper fold-out decorations - like wedding bells - for the first one. :)

Wow, these are pure art!

Number 1 is really decorative. I agree with Tex gals interpretation of it. Right on.

Your pastry mushroom is almost certainly a deadly amanita, but the toasted marshmallow (Lepiota sp.) would probably just make you sick. :)
