At work, my boss's wife had a big wash tub turned upside down out behind the house. For a while, every day this flicker would come and bang on it. We never did understand what he thought he was doing.

He's been really busy. I have one who has been attempting to start a hole on a tree outside my window, but he isn't getting very far on that oak!
