I have really missed you my friend. I have been down and out for weeks. Meds were doubled for my back and I reacted BADLY. I am finally getting back on my feet, but I do stay close to home and the bed. Bud ran an Ultra yesterday, made it in time for both the cuts, and then when he had five miles left to come down the MOUNTAIN, he was pulled along with the others that were still out. He was so disappointed. I have told him NOT to run the ultras or the 100 milers. He does not have the agility, stamina, the hip, the speed to do them. Save his races for the ones where he does well in his age group. Really, he is cut out only for the half marathons, but he still won't accept it. I am starting to use my old Buttons for Baga blog again because I am doing so much art work because I am either in bed or in my recliner in living room. I am not out and about so much with my camera. So, am in the middle of moving over all my links to my pals like you to the Buttons page so I can once again keep up with you comings and goings. I am done in for the day, but tomorrow I will start going back thru your past posts so Bud and I can get up to date on you galavanting. Hope you and kitty are ok. Thinking of you. genie Bud send his regards.
