We Turned Right This Time



The entrance into Yellowstone National Park
reminded me of crossing the border from Mexico.

Just a few miles in 

which was to be the best of the day.
You could throw a rock and hit him, he was that close to the road.

I caught this on the way out from the visitor center parking lot.
I'm more interested in mosquito spray though.

That first photo has a funny sign in dutch "Bozeman" means "Angry man" !

Amazing, I had no idea you could rent bear spray. Actually I would not want to get close enough to a bear to need it!

I hope you're having fun. That's quite a line into Yellowstone. Glad to see bear spray for rent. That might encourage more people to carry it in the backcountry.

Great photos of animals I saw long ago with my family. Never knew there was bear spray, imagine how that must smell?
