Goodbye Pass Creek

Pass Creek

Well our time at Pass Creek has come to an end.
Time to move on.
We're down to our last can of cat food!

I thought I would try to make it down to Pass Creek at least once before we left.
I found a way down the canyon that seemed fairly safe and I wouldn't go breaking my neck.

The water wasn't deep.  It was cool and refreshing.  I decided to sit there and enjoy the scene while soaking my feet in the water.  That didn't last long; less than a minute!  Brrr...

Yep, this place rated 5 stars in my book and we'll come back again if in this part of Colorado.
Oh but there are other places yet to be discovered.
So many places, so little time.

Must be hard to leave a place like that and return to the highway. But Beans must be fed!

This was a nice peaceful place, but it was time to move on. I wonder where the next stop will be. I camped in Colorado once, about 15 years ago, at Rocky Mountain State Park, beautiful area.

Oh, what a wonderful way to spend your last day in such a truly lovely site. What we won't do for our little calicos :)
