Rabbit Valley, Colorado
Now this I liked and found interesting.
Maybe I should have been a geologist.
I have seen rock formation like this everywhere I go hiking. How come the little holes?
Small clay pebbles. Now I know and can impress those around me, which there usually isn't.
This I knew.
But no one ever sees them fall which is probably a good thing.
Seem to remember some idiots pushed one over in one park , not sure what the outcome was.

Or, perhaps more accurately, no one sees them fall and lives to tell about it! I used to have zero interest in geology, and now that I'm older I'm fascinated by it. Go figure!
ReplyDeleteThe first rock picture in this post reminds me of the head of a lioness. I too would have liked to be a geologist, but too late now!
ReplyDeleteYou would make a good geologist, John.
