Back On the Road

Boy it sure was good to be on the move once again.
We left the smoke filled skies of Sisters retracing our tracks back to Bend, OR.

There I was able to find a pet store called Mudbay where I was able to get kibble for Beans.
Aww Dad!  You got me three bags of the good stuff!  Thank you.

After a quick stop at a Walmart where I was told to leave my cart in the parking lt so they cold sanitize it (???!!) we continued on south to an over night stop at a roadside rest area in Summer Lake.
Nice and quiet.

We would follow the red road on down back into California just for a short bit.

In the morning I was going to top off the water tank
but the pump don't work because the vandals took the handles - Bob Dylan

The orange sky looks really disconcerting. There are so many dangers. I hope you stay safe in your travels.

I am seeing lots of news reports about the fires in the west, so stay safe on your travels. I bet that red road takes you through some lovely country.

Stay safe. The news makes it sound like there are fires everywhere out there.

"Pump don't work 'cause the vandals took the handles." You might have a latent talent for writing Country/Western songs!! Love it.

Be careful.

Keep an eye on the news. They say there are a lot of fires.
