Pine needle carpeted trails wound through the tall pine forest.
I would find more wading pools created by previous campers.
The water was too cold to stand in but by late in the day
it would warm up enough to splash around in and enjoy.
Imagine the volume of water rushing down here to create a log jam.
See the white spot on the tree?
Someone hung up a little bird house.
Beans liked this place only so much. Nothing provided her with a chase.
Here she is displaying her tortitude.
Frustrated.

Reminds me of camping with my family growing up and walking the trails. Beans is a beauty, even when she has a tortitude.
So peaceful. I love her little collar! Did you make it?
That is the harness I bought for Sinbad long ago. I bought it at Petco, a small dog harness. It is simple and the latch is easy to do with one hand. I want to get a new one but have been unable to find one with that simple latch. Trying to make this one last as long as I can. Repairs have been made over time.
Last year my sis and I were camping and she was gifting the chippers with p-nutz..The next thing we knew the critters in the engine room of my Samurai..Not a good thing..
She now feeds them treats several campsites away, if nobody is there....
